My name is Henriette, and I am the founder of Little Cubs Co — a children’s care and services business based in Hoedspruit.
With nearly a decade of experience in Early Childhood Development, I have had the privilege of working closely with babies, toddlers, and young children across both private childcare and school environments. My journey began as an Au pair and naturally evolved into facilitation and leadership roles, where I developed a deep understanding of early childhood development, parent support, and the importance of nurturing, structured environments.
Through Little Cubs Co, I offer a range of services including small-group play sessions, nature-based classes, event childcare, and curated activity boxes for young children.
I am also passionate about raising the standard of care giving, and through my involvement with The Nanny Movement, I support nanny training, development, and placement — helping families connect with caregivers who are not only qualified, but confident and nurturing in their role.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief — that children thrive in environments where they feel safe, seen, and supported, and that families deserve access to care they can truly trust.
I look forward to supporting you and your family
