My name is Wihandra van Niekerk. I am a proud mother to a baby boy and a qualified Foundation Phase educator with a deep passion for early childhood development.

Throughout my journey as both a mother and an educator, I have come to truly appreciate the vital role the foundation phase plays in a child’s overall growth and future success. These early years are the building blocks for lifelong learning, confidence, and well-being.

I believe it takes a village to raise a child — one rooted in love, safety, and support. Nannies, in particular, play an essential role in this village. They often become second mothers, providing comfort, guidance, and care in a child’s daily life.

My mission is to empower nannies with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to carry out their responsibilities with excellence. Through training, support, and practical ideas, I aim to help them nurture children in a meaningful and professional way.

Together, we can create nurturing environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
